Client Money Protection is a scheme that reimburses landlords and tenants if an agent misappropriates their rent, deposit or other client money. It has been a legal requirement for letting agents in England since 2019.
Our scheme is Propertymark. The certificate is published in full below, alongside our ARLA Propertymark membership, our redress scheme membership and our safeagent accreditation, each showing the reference number and expiry date printed on it.
We are members of ARLA Propertymark and work to the Propertymark Conduct and Membership Rules, which cover client accounting, professional indemnity insurance, qualifications and continuing professional development.
