Cookie policy

The short version

This website uses essential storage only. There is no advertising cookie, no tracking cookie and no analytics on this site: none is loaded, and there is no option to switch one on because there is nothing to switch on. We store one small item in your browser to remember that you have seen the storage notice.

What we actually store

• Your cookie choice. When you answer the cookie banner, we save that answer in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again. It contains no personal information.
• Portal sign-in. If you sign in to the client portal, it sets a secure, httpOnly session cookie so you stay signed in. It is essential to the portal working, expires automatically, and is removed when you sign out.
• Analytics. None. No analytics or measurement script is loaded on this website, and we do not set an analytics cookie or identifier of any kind.
• External fonts and images. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts and some photographs by Unsplash. Neither sets a cookie for us, but your browser does make a request to them.
• Form submissions. When you submit a form we record the IP address and browser user agent it came from, on our own server. This is stored with the enquiry and used only to prevent spam and abuse.

Staying in control

You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the portal's session cookie will stop you being able to stay signed in, but the public website will work normally.
