The content is provided for general information about our services and the local area. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it.

Property information

The property listings currently published on this website are DEMONSTRATIONS. They are fixture data with stock photography, used to show how the pages are laid out. The addresses, rents, descriptions, photographs and availability shown are illustrative and are not live instructions. Every listing page says so.

Where we do publish genuine property details, they are provided in good faith and can change without notice. Descriptions, measurements and photographs are for guidance and do not form part of any offer or contract. Always confirm details with us directly, and take your own legal advice before committing to a tenancy.

Valuations and quotes

Any rental figure we give before a formal inspection is an opinion of likely achievable rent, not a guarantee and not a formal valuation report. What a property actually lets for depends on its condition, the season and the market on the day. Guaranteed Rent is subject to eligibility, the condition and licensing status of the property, and the terms of a signed agreement. We will set out the terms in writing before you commit to anything.

The client portal

The Walthams Portal is provided to authorised landlords, tenants and staff at a separate secure address. Information in it is for account and service administration and should not be treated as a formal statement unless we expressly identify it as one. Sign-in uses a single-use code; we will never ask you to disclose that code by phone or email.
